NOTE:  Forestwood Subdivision envisions 95 lots “across from Lamar Dixon Expo Center.”  Owned by America Homeland, LLC with Quality Engineering on board, its Traffic Impact Study, was performed by Laurence Lambert of Vectura Consulting Services, LLC.  The study concludes:

A series of roundabouts is currently being developed to offset the existing congestion at the intersection of LA 30 at S. St. Landry Avenue and Robert Wilson Road. In the interim period, no reasonable improvements can be made.
