ST. AMANT- Thursday, April 20th, retired FEMA Flood Adjuster returns to flood insurance, but on the side of the policyholder! Jeff Coolidge, former FEMA contractor turned federal whistle blower, will reveal breaking news about FEMAs common methods of underpayments, including excluding mold, denying upper kitchen cabinets, sheathing damages, and over-depreciation.
Coolidge, who was deliberately ordered to limit flood insurance payouts when he served as a FEMA flood adjuster, made news headlines when he retired from FEMA during the aftermath of Super storm Sandy and blew the whistle on FEMA’s tactics to underpay homeowners, paving the way for helping thousands of homeowners maximize their flood insurance recovery.
He has now come to Ascension Parish, Louisiana, and is joined by Raj Pandit of Pandit Law, GetFloodHelp.com and Chad Blouin of Ascension Parish News for a FREE Flood Insurance Summit thisThursday, April 20th. His goal: to make sure all insured homeowners are aware of FEMA’s underpayment tactics so they can avoid those tactics and maximize their claims prior to the upcoming Proof of Loss Deadline (approx. May 10, 2017).
This free event will take place this Thursday, April 20 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Venue in St. Amant, located at 13475 LA-431, St Amant, LA 70774. Panelists will answer all flood-related questions as citizens attempt to rebuild their lives during the aftermath of the Great Flood of 2016.
